"I am a business traveler who spends many days on the road at a time. When I chose a hotel off the internet I look for certain amenities and base my decision on that. When I arrived at your hotel I requested an iron and ironing board since the clothes I was to wear to a business meeting the next morning were quite wrinkled. I was told that the last iron had been given out and to check in the morning to see if any were available then. This was unacceptable since I could not risk having to go to a meeting disheveled. I drove around Bainbridge until I found a late night laundromat and ran my clothes through a dryer cycle to get the wrinkles out of them. This might seem like a small issue but when you have worked 9 hours, driven 3 hours and then have to go find a laundromat because an iron is not available at your inn of choice it can become a very frustrating issue. Please either stop listing an iron as an available amenity or buy some more irons for your inns."
